Solicitor (Personal Injury Litigation)

We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join a well established Law firm in Bolton. The salary for this position is between £40,000.00 and £45,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate for this role should be highly motivated and able to handle a caseload of approximately 70 mixed personal injury litigated files and credit hire files. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Requirements for this position include:

  • At least 2 years of experience handling Fast Track and Multi-track claims as well as litigation (any) personal injury claims.
  • The ability to manage a team, work with targets, and independently manage a caseload and settle files.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is also required, as is the ability to plan and prioritize workload.

This position involves working from your own Task List via our internal outlook management system. The successful candidate should possess good people skills for teamwork and building relationships with co-workers and clients.
