Our company is currently hiring a Property / Conveyancing Solicitor on behalf of a Renewable Energy Company based in Wadebridge. They are looking for someone who is motivated and organised.

Responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing titles.
• Reviewing, negotiating, and completing various legal agreements.
• Advising the wider team on legal matters.
• Creating templates and supervising the use of them by the wider team.
• General legal support to the whole team and associated business’s.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as solicitor in the property sector.
• Attention to detail.
• Great organisation skills.
• Strong IT literacy.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, use your own initiative and work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
